Davis Group Fitness Classes

We offer a wide range of fitness classes to provide an optimal workout in just one hour. Our instructors will motivate and inspire you and have designed programs to build strength, stamina, and flexibility. Not only will you be reaching your fitness goals, but you will form new relationships and strengthen bonds with other participants in a fun group setting.

B-Fit Boot Camp
This class is a combination of cardiovascular and resistance training to maximize your energy output. Participants will use their own bodyweight, medicine balls and other equipment.

Cycle Fit
This class is a cycling program on a stationary bike. It's bound to get your heart pumping with many intervals and intensities. For those who enjoy low impact activity, Cycle Fit is a superb choice.

Yoga
This class will invigorate your mind and body. Its low impact and controlled movements will increase your flexibility, balance, strength and relax you as well.

Zumba
A program that combines Latin dance rhythms with easy to follow dance movies. Dance your way to fitness with Zumba. It's so much fun, you will forget you're even exercising.

$40 for 1 class x 10 weeks
$10 for each additional class x 10 weeks
$80 for all classes x 10 weeks

FREE TRIAL WEEK of September 10. All classes start week of September 17. No classes scheduled during Reading Week (Oct. 22 - Oct. 26) or on statutory holidays.

All participants must have a valid 2018-19 student card or facility membership.
