As the fall chill is upon us, getting outside to exercise can be a deterrent. Not to worry... Sheridan Athletics is here to help!
As of Monday, October 5th, group fitness classes are going virtual! Monday to Friday, find the class that suits you best. Athletics is offering B-Fit Bootcamp, Meditation and Yoga to ease the burden of being stir crazy during these unsettling times of the Pandemic.
Join us for 9 weeks of complimentary group fitness classes.
Schedule as of Monday October 5th
Monday: Yoga at 12pm
Tuesday: Meditation 5:30pm
Wednesday: Bootcamp at 12pm
Thursday: Yoga at 12pm
Friday: Bootcamp at 12pm
The classes will be hosted through Zoom. Please register by campus (if you are virtual only, try to register by the campus you would normally be at. If you are at HMC, you may select either.) Davis or Trafalgar. Once your form is completed, you will receive an email 15 minutes prior to your workout with the Zoom meeting ID & password.
Be sure you have Zoom already downloaded on your phone, tablet or computer!
