Sheridan's Thrive Week 2020 is a week-long initiative that includes a series of events facilitated by partners across the college that support students, staff, faculty and community wellbeing. Thrive Week will take place at Sheridan October 5th-9th, 2020.
Thrive Week will provide us with the opportunity to celebrate #SheridanWellness together as a community.
Promoting mental health literacy, reducing stigma, creating a supportive campus culture, and ensuring that faculty, staff and students have the resources to help them understand mental health issues, and improve coping skills, are key to building mental health and to living, learning, and working well—this is what Thrive is all about!

Nutrition 101: Supplements & Protein Powders
Looking for a little guidance when it comes to supplements and protein powders? The Sheridan Student Union and Sheridan Athletics have teamed up to bring you Nutrition 101: Supplements and Protein Powders, part of a bi-weekly series of nutrition sessions.

Mental Health Awareness 4K Run/Walk
Show your support for Mental Health Awareness Month and learn about available support services at Sheridan.
Note: This is not a fundraising event but an awareness campaign and the chance for the community to come together. An event will be created through the Sheridan Bruins Club to record the walk/run on Strava.
