Women’s Soccer adds third 2019 Recruit

OAKVILLE, Ont. - The Sheridan Bruins women's soccer team announced today the commitment of left-footed striker Megan Foster (Brampton, Ont.), making her the third addition in the 2019 recruiting class.

"Megan is a striker with a unique combination of speed, skill and physical play. Her passing skills make every player around her better." Head Coach Paul Angelini said. "She is equally adept at receiving the ball at her feet as she is at exploiting open spaces. A lethal finisher, she will become the focal point of Sheridan attack."

A member of the Vaughan Chargers Soccer Club, Foster was one of the main contributors to the team, finishing second on her team in scoring with 10 goals in 20 regular season games, and finishing 12th overall in the league.

Megan will be expected to have an immediate impact on our goal scoring totals and we also predict she will be one of our assist leaders.

Foster has accepted an offer to Sheridan's Pre Health Sciences Pathway to Advanced Diplomas and Degrees at the Davis Campus in Brampton.
