The Sheridan Bruins are set to compete at the OWIFA 5v5 Women's Flag Football Provincials, taking place Friday, April 3 and Saturday, April 4 at Fleming College in Peterborough.

After a strong season, the Bruins head into provincials ready to compete against some of the top programs in Ontario. The tournament will feature a round-robin format, with playoff qualification and seeding to follow.

Sheridan opens competition on Friday with two key matchups. The Bruins will face Guelph at 5:00pm before taking on the University of Toronto at 8:00pm. Action continues on Saturday with a matchup against Waterloo at 12:00 PM, wrapping up round-robin play.

Following Saturday's games, teams will advance to the playoff round as they compete for the Provincial title.
